When you self-host senga on your own infrastructure, the hosting arrangement is governed by your own terms and not by this section.

The senga name, logo, and visual identity, the texts on this website, and the senga software are the exclusive property of LOBI-SYSTEMS SRL or its licensors and are protected under Belgian and international intellectual property law.
Reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, or exploitation of any of these materials, by any means, without the prior written consent of LOBI-SYSTEMS is prohibited and may constitute counterfeiting under articles XI.165 and following of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
